No business house likes returns and no customer wants to engage in returns. You make a purchase only after much thought, but in case you have to - if the product you have received doesn’t satisfy you - we offer returns on our pret collection (items below INR 12500) only, within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please note at this point we do not offer returns on Contemporary pret, Classics or Festive collection at the moment, as these are custom tailored for a bespoke fit.
However, there is no option of return on discounted items. Only products sold at MRP can be returned. A credit-note is processed within 7-10 days from the day we receive your product and only after inspection. On inspection if we find that the product has been tampered with, it will be sent back to you and no credit shall be initiated.
We do not offer returns on international orders. However, if the product that you have received is damaged or defective, or wholly wrong, in that case, please write to us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the order and we will get back to you. In case, we do find that the product is indeed damaged, we will arrange for a return, but that does not include duties and taxes.
The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location due to reasons beyond our control. The whole order amount will not be refunded if the order is cancelled from the customers end. Payment Gateway fees of 2% will be applicable on the total order Value. Please note, cancellations won’t be entertained after 24 hours from the time of placing an order.
Punit Balana reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Cancellation or return for online orders will not be entertained. In case of cancellation (in lieu our return policy), please contact our customer support (+91 84338 72391 / +91 90247 85839) for credit notes that remains valid for two months from the date of cancellation.
